We are looking for a savvy designer that loves to see creative deliverables drive business results. Is creating amazing marketing assets a passion for you? Can you think beyond templates and deliver value to the customer? Then we are waiting for your application.
This is a fully remote part-time position (25 hours a week tracked by a time tracker).
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a designing marketing assets
- Level of English: Upper-intermediate or higher
- Fluent in design theory and the latest digital design tools, including Figma and the Adobe creative suite
- Experience in graphic design, video editing, landing design
- An understanding of fundamental marketing metrics in order to analyze creative performance
- The ability to connect business goals to team output and planning
- A desire to engage in new challenges with a growth mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or agency (preferred, but not required)
What you’ll do:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals for blog posts, website, Help Desk based on requirements
- Develop email templates in Hubspot and landing pages on Leadpages
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with marketing department to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
